Ohhhh I love smoothie....



Just want to share my experience of making fruit smoothie everyday....

Mmg everyday saya akan buat dan minum fruit smoothie ni in the morning before breakfast and before dinner.

Actually mmg banyak khasiat when you drink fruit smoothie everyday...you can mix any fruits, but for me the basic fruits that must have in my smoothie is apple and orange....it does not have to be fruits saje...u olls bole mix with veges..example celery, carrot, brocoli, spinach and the list goes on...

When you drink smoothie eventually it will mainly helps in overall health, gives your energy, provides fiber intake for your body, helps in weight lost and other benefits.

It depends actually on the type of veges and fruits that you mix...each veges and fruits have their own functions and benefits. I also add omega mix seeds which contains sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds.

I also take Lecithin supplement from Shaklee to help me in getting rid and burn of the unwanted body fat and oil.

Alhamdulillah after about 2 months plus of drinking smoothie everyday and taking Lecithin I managed to reduced about 1kg plus and a few inches. For me not bad dari tak turun langsung....it is a natural way of reducing your weight actually.
