GLA (gamma linoliec acid) is a form of Omega-6 fatty acid which is a part of “conditional” essential fatty acid required by our body through diet. It is a product from the breakdown of Linoleic Acid. Though GLA can be produced by our body, the amount is insufficient for optimal body function.
